I assume this is a permission problem and for some reason the permission are now set to my personal account or something but I am not sure where to look, any suggestions? I have deleted the OBJ/BIN directories in the project, run clean, and rebuilt the project (no help). Basically it seem the website just can't run. If I close the browser the VS stops debugging so there is a link and if I go to an external link VS changes the script link with the JS files in such, so IIS is running and connected to IIS. I don't see any errors in the output screen for VS and debug is enabled in the web.config.

Today I am back on the work account trying to debug the same project but when I run the website I get a "This page can't be displayed" message from IE11 for link Just to test I switched back to my personally account and debugging work fine still (same project, same link above, same computer, same version of VS). This problem is more serious in older versions of Windows, say XP (which you should not use either). This weekend on my personally account I decided to make a few changes, debugged, and published a new site (worked fine). Last week on my work account I was debugging my website with VS2013 on Win8.1 using IIS express just fine.
